What currency is the store set in?

• Prices are all in USD.

Is shipping available worldwide?

• Yes, shipping is available worldwide. Please see the store policy page for more information.

What payment methods are available?

• Debit or credit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal are the current payment methods available.

How do I track my order?

• You will be emailed a tracking code once your order has shipped. This can be used on your shipping carrier's tracking website. If you do not receive one within 7 business days of your order being placed, please send me an email.

How long do orders take to ship?

• Fulfillment/printing time is typically 2-5 business days and shipping time varies by region. Please refer to the store policy page for more information.

What do I do if I want a refund, return or exchange?

• You can send me an email with your order information and reason for the refund. More information regarding refunds, returns and exchanges can be found on the refund policy page.

What should I do if my package is lost or is undelivered way past its ETA?

• Please send me an email with your order number and I will work on a refund or a replacement for you as soon as possible.

What should I do if my package is already marked as "delivered" but I did not receive it?

• In the case of a package being marked as "delivered" while the customer did not actually receive it, please contact your local shipping carrier. This would be considered an error on the shipping carrier's end, and both the manufacturer and I have no way to verify if the package was delivered.
