Refund Policy

REFUNDS (Updated June 20th, 2023)

• Please use the following template when making a refund request via email or the contact page:

Subject: Refund Request

• Name

• Order # (found in order confirmation email)

• Reason for request

• Photos of received product(s) (only for misprints, damages or defects) [Please make sure to take both a full product picture as well as a closeup]

• Additional information (optional)

• Requests missing any of the required information above will be denied.


REFUND POLICY

"Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense."

• Products are printed on demand. Due to this, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. Refunds or replacements will be sent if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect. Errors at the fault of the shipping carrier will also be refunded or replaced (e.g. lost in transit).

*If your address cannot be verified (e.g. incomplete, typo, etc.) your order will be held by the manufacturer and I will contact you to verify your address. If I do not receive a reply within two weeks, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded WITHOUT processing fees. (Stripe or PayPal fees)*

• Refund claims due to the wrong address or wrong variant (size, colour, etc.) will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to double-check your selected variants and shipping address at checkout. Any reshipment fees due to the wrong address will be at the expense of the customer.

• In the case that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found at your specified address, please contact your local shipping carrier.

• It is recommended that the customer contact me directly via email to ensure that their refund request is handled properly.
