Hi everyone, happy holidays!

I hope everyone is staying warm/dry this December. I just wanted to give a quick update on what I've been working on for the store for the next month. I am aiming to introduce these changes before the end of December.

New Collection(s): As per your request, I've been working on designs for sweatshirts, hoodies, and sweatpants (and non-clothing items, possibly!) that are based on Twice's official mascots (Lovely and Cheonsa). The new collection(s) will be based on text and illustrated designs rather than being member-based. Here's a little teaser:

Product Update/Changes: I have not yet been able to update the tour-specific designs to include the newly-announced dates (the school year has been hectic for me, sorry for the wait T-T). These will most definitely be added by the end of December (hopefully alongside the release of the new collection). I apologize for any inconvenience!

New Payment Options: The currently available payment options at checkout should now include buy now, pay later options such as Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna, as well as the regular PayPal method and eligible credit/debit cards. Some of these buy now, pay later options are region-specific and may not be available to all users. I am currently still testing these options and unfortunately cannot guarantee their availability to everyone.

Better Deals/Discounts: Due to the overwhelming support the shop has received for the past year, I am glad to announce that I am able to integrate more deals and discounts for future releases such as BOGO deals, free shipping for purchases over a certain amount, and more. These deals will be implemented on the upcoming collection this December.

Hi everyone!

Thank you for your continued support. It has been extremely overwhelming and I cannot possibly thank everyone enough!

Over the past few months, I have received a large amount of feedback and suggestions. I would like to say thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts. Your feedback means the world and it is what keeps me motivated to make your experience even better.

I am happy to announce that I am currently testing out new features for the shop based on your valuable feedback. Here are a few things I am currently working on:

More currency options: The current shop platform is limited to displaying only one currency (USD). However, I am working on a solution that allows everyone to easily view the prices in their local currency to avoid confusion.

Better product images: Another limitation of this shop platform is that I am only able to upload 5 images per product, and the image does not automatically change when the customer changes their selected colorway. The GIF product thumbnail has also caused confusion for some. I am working on a better alternative for this.

More shirt variants and better blanks: To keep prices low, shirts are currently printed on the Gildan 5000 series. I am working to find a higher-quality product option while still keeping costs to a minimum.

• Customer reviews: Previously, feedback could only be sent through social media sites, email or through a form I recently sent out to past customers, so I am working on an on-site review page per product so that you are able to see images and reviews from other customers more easily. But for now, there is a customer reviews page for people who have posted their merch on Twitter! *UPDATE: You should now find a customer reviews widget under most products!

• More designs and products outside of apparel: There will definitely be more designs for shirts (such as solo member designs, ZYO and MISAMO) in the near future! More products such as tote bags, posters and stickers are also in the works. *UPDATE: Member designs are now available!

Some of these features (such as the on-site review page) are currently still being tested. If you experience any glitches during your shopping experience, please don't hesitate to reach out via email.
